This policy explains what information this website handles and why.
What we collect
- Your cart is stored only in your own browser (local storage) so it stays when you refresh. It is not sent to us until you choose to send an order.
- Order details you enter at checkout (name, phone, email, address, notes) are placed into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send to us. This website does not store them.
- Enquiry forms (contact and bulk orders) send your details to us by email so we can reply.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, confirm and deliver your order, and contact you about it.
Sharing
We share delivery details with our courier partner to deliver your order. [List any other services you use, e.g. payment gateway, analytics.]
Retention
[How long you keep order and enquiry records.]
